Aerial Fitness is an actionable route to growth and strength. No worries if you are not already strong - come as you are and discover how our classes are more than just an epic fitness program. After learning some basic skills, you will be amazed at how a movement practice will start to unfold!💪
What To Wear
Leggings and a fitted shirt (tuck it in, folks!) are a solid choice to protect your skin against irritation. Now for the rules: Gum? Nope. Zippers? Not today. Jewelry? Hard pass. Nothing that will snag the silks, please!
Bonus tip: Bring a notebook for jotting down brilliance. And above all, hydrate, hydrate, hydrate—don’t forget that water bottle! 💦
