About Elevated Fitness
Elevated Fitness began with the Elevated Life Blog, a platform created for those on the quest to become their most empowered selves. From the beginning, Mindy has championed movement as movement medicine, alongside nourishing food and restorative rest, to help people rise into the strongest, most empowered version of themselves.
Our Journey

2015-2022 - Our founder Mindy opened Kalispell’s first aerial studio, creating a hub for aerial arts, fitness, and empowerment. Over the next seven years, she grew the studio into a thriving community and a well-established local business.

2022 - As the studio continued to grow, Mindy made the intentional decision to sell the business. While she had successfully grown the business, she was also pursuing her professional career, and the studio had reached a size where it needed an owner who could dedicate their full attention to its continued growth. With the studio ready for its next chapter, Mindy passed the torch to new ownership. Mindy continued her work through the Elevated Life Blog, keeping the vision of movement, wellness, and personal empowerment alive.

2023-2024 - Elevated Life began evolving into something more. Mindy started teaching fitness classes under the Elevated Fitness name, bringing the Elevated philosophy of movement, strength, and empowerment into her fitness classes.

2024 - Then, the community spoke. Former students, performers, and supporters began reaching out and encouraging Mindy to return to teaching aerial fitness. Their enthusiasm made it clear that there was still a strong desire for the vision, community, and level of professionalism Mindy had originally created. That encouragement sparked Elevated Aerial, where Flathead’s elite aerial performers united under one banner. Elevated Aerial began transforming events into extraordinary experiences, delivering unmatched energy and professionalism.
Today, Elevated Aerial is a growing community centered around movement, wellness, aerial arts, and empowerment. What began as a blog evolved into fitness classes, an aerial entertainment company, and ultimately the Elevated Aerial Studio, a space where people can move, create, connect, and discover their strength.
More than a fitness studio or performance company, Elevated Aerial is a movement that brings together fitness, aerial performance, artistry, and a community committed to becoming their most empowered selves.

2025 - marked a new leap ahead when we opened Elevated Aerial Studio, a space where the Elevated Aerial performers could share their knowledge and passion for aerial arts and movement through fun, unique, and empowering fitness classes.

2026 - A milestone year of expansion and growth. Elevated moved into its Meridian Court Studio, creating even more room for the community to grow. We deepened our commitment to quality instruction through instructor development and training focused on teaching safe, empowering, mixed-level classes. And we celebrated a major achievement when Coach Alanna won Montana’s Got Talent, reflecting the rising artistry and strength of our community and programming.
