​​Meet Elevated Aerial Instructor Tala M.

Tala’s love for movement began early; training in dance, performing in theaters, and developing a lifelong passion for self-expression. In her twenties, she discovered Flow Arts, igniting a creative fire that reshaped her movement journey.

With 7+ years of experience as a sponsored flow artist, Tala works with hula hoops, silk fans, and fire; transforming props into graceful extensions of herself through dedicated practice.

Experience highlights:

  • Performances at events and venues across Montana

  • Main stage performer at Montana’s largest EDM festival

  • Dancing alongside DJ Borgore

  • Deep roots within the flow arts community

Teaching has always been a dream for Tala; inspired by the instructors who shaped her early movement journey. Now part of Elevated Fitness, she brings that passion into every class.

Her classes offer a welcoming space for self-expression, exploration, confidence-building, and joy, encouraging students to move freely and grow together.
