Monthly Schedule

Registration opens mid-month for the following month.

Our space is a place to move, heal, and grow; together we rise.

While our heart beats for the art of aerial movement, we also offer dynamic interval training fitness (designed to build strength and confidence) and flow-arts (to harness play and creativity). Every class is designed to help you unlock your unused potential; every experience is infused with community, empowerment, and intention.

🩶 Grey-coded classes on the schedule are progressive, month-long series. These require advance registration—either the month prior or within the first week of the current month—to ensure you don’t miss a beat.
🩵 Turquoise-coded classes are
offered as single-sessions—perfect for trying something new without a long-term commitment.

What To Wear

Leggings and a long, fitted shirt are a solid choice to protect your skin against irritation. No zippers, jewelry, or anything that will snag the silks or damage the rubber coating on the poles, please! Bonus tip: If you learn by notetaking, bring a notebook. And don’t forget that water bottle - hydration is your best training partner! 💦
