While our focus is on the art of aerial movement, we also offer dynamic interval training fitness classes designed to build strength and confidence.

🩶 Grey-coded classes on the schedule are progressive, month-long series. These require advance registration—either the month prior or within the first week of the current month—to ensure you don’t miss a beat.
🩵 Turquoise-coded classes are
offered as single-sessions—perfect for trying something new without a long-term commitment.

No Prerequisites

Aerial Fitness is an actionable route to growth and strength. No worries if you are not already strong - come as you are and discover for yourself how our classes are more than just an epic fitness program. We specialize in helping beginners get moving! After learning some basic skills up front, you will be amazed at how a movement practice will unfold!💪

What To Wear

Leggings and a fitted shirt (tuck it in, folks!) are a solid choice to protect your skin against irritation. Now for the rules: Gum? Nope. Zippers? Not today. Jewelry? Hard pass. Nothing that will snag the silks, please!
Bonus tip: Bring a notebook for jotting down brilliance. And above all, hydrate, hydrate, hydrate—don’t forget that water bottle! 💦
