Service Description
Led by Coach Tala, Flow Arts Director at the studio, this class is designed to inspire and empower women through the art of pole dance in a fun, supportive, and welcoming environment. 🌟 Pole Choreo class foundational beginner spins and holds and teaches you how to connect them into a seamless flowing sequence. Instead of focusing on individual tricks, you will learn how to link skills together with intention, musicality, and ease. Pole Choreo is a blend of fitness and dance that develops strength, coordination, and fluid movement. Tala is known for her mastery of flow as Flow Arts Director, and she brings that expertise into every class, guiding you step by step of the way. This is a beginner-friendly class, meaning some pole experience is helpful but not required. Just come ready to move, explore, and discover what your body can do!

Cancellation Policy
Thank you for understanding that all sales are final. As a small space, we make important decisions about whether to run or cancel classes; and whether to reserve a spot for you or open it to someone else; based on your booking. If you need to cancel, we’d be very grateful if you could let us know as soon as possible. We hope to support your consistency with these policies: 💜𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: Cancel at least 12 hours in advance for a credit toward a future class. You can reschedule through our website under “My Bookings ,” You’re also welcome to gift or transfer your single session to someone else if you can’t make it. 💜𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐬: Valid for six months from the date of purchase. 💜𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 (𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡-𝐋𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥/𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐞): Each student can receive one makeup per four-week series for a missed class. Makeup passes can be used for any other single session class or open studio and are valid for one month. To keep things running smoothly, makeups must be requested within 24 hours of the missed class via www.elevatedfitnessmt.com/makeup. Once we receive the makeup request, we’ll add a pass to your account within 24 hours. From there, you can easily log in to our booking site and use your pass to schedule your makeup class.
