Take your hoop training to the next level in this specialty intermediate workshop led by Elevated Aerial Founder, Mindy Cochran. This class focuses on the dynamic side of aerial hoop; exploring beats, rolls, and drops designed to build power, control, and confidence in motion. Best suited for intermediate aerialists with a solid foundation in foundational hoop mounts, inversions, and conditioning. This class embodies the true spirit of “fitness, fun, and empowerment.” Come see what our mantra is all about! 🎉

Cancellation Policy
Thank you for understanding that all sales are final. As a small space, we make important decisions about whether to run or cancel classes; and whether to reserve a spot for you or open it to someone else; based on your booking. If you need to cancel, we’d be very grateful if you could let us know as soon as possible. We hope to support your consistency with these policies: 💜𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 (𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡-𝐋𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥/𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐞): Each student can receive one makeup per four-week series for a missed class. Makeup passes can be used for any other single session class or open studio and are valid for one month. To keep things running smoothly, makeups must be requested within 24 hours of the missed class via www.elevatedfitnessmt.com/makeup. Once we receive the makeup request, we’ll add a pass to your account within 24 hours. From there, you can easily log in to our booking site and use your pass to schedule your makeup class. 💜𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: Cancel at least 12 hours in advance for a credit toward a future class. You can reschedule through our website under “My Bookings ,” You’re also welcome to gift or transfer your single session to someone else if you can’t make it. 💜𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐬: Valid for six months from the date of purchase.
