Service Description
Join our Aerial Hoop (Lyra) single session class for a dynamic and empowering experience that combines strength, flexibility, and artistry in the air! Whether you're a total beginner or looking to refine your skills, this class offers a fun and supportive environment to explore movement on the hoop. You’ll learn fundamental mounts, spins, and poses, all while building serious upper body and core strength, improving your coordination, and developing body awareness in ways traditional workouts just can’t match. Our experienced instructors will guide you at your own pace, ensuring a safe and uplifting session from start to finish. This class is absolutely suitable for all experience and fitness levels, including total beginners, ages 16 and up! What to bring: Comfortable, form-fitting clothing (leggings recommended), water, and a willingness to try something new!

Cancellation Policy
We appreciate your understanding that all sales are final. As a small space, we make important decisions about whether to run or cancel classes—and whether to reserve a spot for you or open it to someone else—based on your booking. If you need to cancel, we’d be very grateful if you could let us know as soon as possible. For single session classes we accommodate credits for bookings as long as you cancel at least 24 hours before a class or series begins. You can manage/reschedule your bookings on our website. Make sure you are logged in and look for "My Bookings." Alternatively, you always have the option to gift or sell your single session purchase to another user.
