Kids Aerial Silks Classes in Kalispell

Designed to teach not only movement skills but also creativity and self-expression!

A women offers a pre-teen instruction on aerial silks

You may have heard that classes at The Elevated Aerial Studio are for ages 16 and up—but great news! Our founder also teaches aerial silks classes for kids ages 8–15 through Flathead Gymnastics Academy.

🕕 Class Time: Mondays, 6:45–7:45 PM
📍 Location: Flathead Gymnastics Academy, Kalispell

These Kalispell kids' aerial classes are a fantastic way for teens and pre-teens to build strength, coordination, and confidence. As they learn new movement skills, students begin to discover what their bodies are truly capable of—transforming their relationship with fitness in a fun and empowering way. ✨

No prior gymnastics or dance experience is needed!

What to Wear:
✔️ Leggings (recommended to protect the skin)
✔️ A sports bra and fitted shirt long enough to be tucked in will work, or a leotard is even better
❌ No gum, zippers, or jewelry—these can damage the silks

Reviews

I know these classes are amazing, but don't take my word for it. Here are some reviews from past parents I have worked with:

💜My daughter had a blast today. In fact, your class has done more for her self-confidence in one week than a year of social skill classes. Usually, we can't get her to come out of the closet, but this week, she woke up and did stretches first thing every morning. You have two very happy parents!
💜My daughter got so much more the aerial silks class. It was an amazing experience!
💜Mindy is an Incredible instructor. The class is a great investment in improving confidence and self-esteem. Absolutely love it.
💜You help my daughter to feel very special and loved! We want you to know how much you mean to us and how much we appreciate what you do!!
