Service Description
Dare to defy gravity; join aerial hammock classes at the Elevated Aerial Studio in Kalispell, Montana. ✨You'll practice hanging upside down, swinging, and flowing through poses that build core strength 💪, flexibility, and confidence in a fun, supportive movement community. 💜This class is suitable for beginner to intermediate practitioners and all fitness levels ages 16 and up. While we provide a beginner-friendly curriculum for both silks and hammock, hammock is widely recognized as the most accessible way to begin your aerial fabric journey. What to bring / wear: Comfortable, form-fitting clothing (leggings recommended), water, and a willingness to try something new! No jewelry or zippers that will snag the silks, please. Bonus tip: If you learn by notetaking, feel free to bring a notebook to jot down brilliance!

Cancellation Policy
Thank you for understanding that all sales are final. As a small space, we make important decisions about whether to run or cancel classes—and whether to reserve a spot for you or open it to someone else—based on your booking. If you need to cancel, we’d be very grateful if you could let us know as soon as possible. We hope to support your consistency with these policies: 💜𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: Cancel at least 12 hours in advance for a credit toward a future class. You can reschedule through our website under “My Bookings ,” You’re also welcome to gift or transfer your single session to someone else if you can’t make it. 💜𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐬: Valid for six months from the date of purchase. 💜𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 (𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡-𝐋𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥/𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐞): Each student can receive one makeup per four-week series for a missed class. Makeup passes can be used for any other single session class or open studio and are valid for one month. To keep things running smoothly, makeups must be requested within 24 hours of the missed class via www.elevatedfitnessmt.com/makeup. Once we receive the makeup request, we’ll add a pass to your account within 24 hours. From there, you can easily log in to our booking site and use your pass to schedule your makeup class.
