✨ We’re rolling into October next week — and here’s a little bonus for you! ✨
At Elevated Aerial, we run on month-to-month enrollment, which sometimes means you land an extra class in your series. October is one of those lucky months! 🍂 Both the Wednesday Low Aerial Silks and the Thursday Intro to Aerial Hammock series will include five classes instead of four. More time to train, grow, and fly with your aerial family! Aerial Silks is sold out, but we still have two spots left in the Intro to Aerial Hammock Series!💫
🌟 And that’s not all… for the entire month of October, we’re running a special Bring-a-Friend FREE promotion for our single-session Aerial Hoop and Aerial Hammock classes! That means you can invite a friend to join you at no extra cost — the perfect chance to introduce them to the magic of flight, while you both laugh, move, and create memories together. Nothing makes class more fun than flying side by side with a friend! 🍁
Our Commitment to You:
We know your time is valuable, and consistency matters. At Elevated Aerial, we rarely cancel classes — in fact, we pride ourselves on showing up for you. Except in the case of emergencies or severe weather, you can count on your class happening as scheduled. If we ever do have to cancel, I want you to be assured we’ll always make it right by giving you your choice of a full refund or credit back to your account.
October's Mantra:
"I let go of what no longer serves me, creating space for what I desire."

Things We Are Excited About
🍂Welcome Guide: I’ve put together a welcome guide for both new and returning clients! This guide is designed to support you on your journey toward your best, most empowered self. ✨Inside, you’ll find everything you need to know to get started (or refreshed), including a helpful Policies section. Be sure to check that part out—you’ll learn exactly how to have a free class added to your account if you ever need to miss one. It’s all about making sure you stay consistent and supported every step of the way!
🍂Fall Interval Training Fitness: I’m opening my small personal training group to two more people this fall! Interval-training is perfect for anyone who wants the benefits of movement medicine in their life—no matter your starting point. If you’re feeling de-conditioned, don’t worry—I’m certified as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, and life coach, and I have the tools to help you discover your best self. I love this class not just because the 6:40 am Monday / Wednesday time is a perfect way to start the day, but also because of the high-energy, beat-driven music and the amazing women who show up to work hard and step into their power every session. Being in this group will inspire you to push a little further too! Don’t just take my word for it—come try a class completely free and see for yourself. Email me, and I’d be honored to hold a spot for you to find out if this class is the right fit.
🍂Try-it-All Aerial 101: Upon request, we’re bringing back Bailey’s signature class for one final session this October! 🌟 Each week, participants will get the chance to explore a different aerial apparatus—perfect for anyone curious about stepping into the world of aerial fitness. If you know someone who’s been wanting to give it a try, we’d be so grateful if you passed this link along. It’s a wonderful opportunity to experience this series before it’s gone!
🍂Our instructor team: I can’t stop celebrating the powerhouse crew that makes Elevated Aerial so special. This isn’t just a group that shares a schedule—we’ve grown side-by-side, supported each other through challenges, and continue to raise the bar for excellence. Every instructor brings a unique spark: certified pros in fitness, yoga, and anatomy; inspiring mothers; award-winning vocalists and pole athletes; professional models; and two incredible women who continue to shine while managing serious health battles—one a cancer warrior and another living boldly with type 1 diabetes. Each instructor chooses to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the others to lift the lives of others.

Halloween at the Firebrand Hotel
On Halloween night, the spotlight will shine high above the crowd as Elevated Aerial performs at the Firebrand Hotel, bringing breathtaking acrobatics to one of Whitefish’s most iconic celebrations. The legendary Halloween Costume Party and Pub Crawl returns with festivities kicking off at 7 p.m., where contestants make their rounds to seven participating bars: Firebrand, Tupelo, Blackstar, Craggy Range, Herb & Omni, and the Whitefish VFW. Spectators don’t need to register—just step into the fun at any location and join the hauntingly festive tradition. Photos by Jacq Guertin below: Elevated Aerial at the Firebrand, Halloween 2024.

What I am Sharing
Lately, I’ve been learning to celebrate my body for what it can do, instead of chasing a number on the scale. At 47, I’ve noticed my body asking me to listen more closely, to honor the shifts that come with this season of life. For years I struggled with restless nights, until I connected my evening cardio workouts were spiking my cortisol and stopping me from getting into deep sleep. By leaning into gentler, lower-intensity aerial movement at night, I’ve given myself the gift of better sleep, deeper recovery, and more energy to show up fully in my days.
This is the heart of what we do at Elevated Aerial—creating space for you to discover how movement can work for you, not against you. Training here isn’t about perfection, it’s about connection: to your body, your strength, and the joy of moving in ways that support your whole self. If you’re ready to celebrate what’s possible and embrace your own shifts, come train with us. Your body will thank you. Join us today → www.elevatedfitnessmt.com/book
