✨November is here, and with it comes the season of gratitude. At Elevated Aerial, we’re reflecting on how thankful we are for each of you that comes into the studio. This fall has been full of connection and creativity, and we’re excited to carry that energy into the rest of the year.
As we look ahead, we’re also finding new ways to help our community explore in their aerial practice. If you’ve been curious about trying something new, this is the perfect time — we’re offering an Aerial Hammock Series for only $45, a killer deal for anyone who’s been waiting to experience the beauty of the hammock. While we have beginner curriculum on all apparatuses, hammock is one of the easiest places to start an aerial practice. Don't let this opportunity pass you by; there are only two spots left!
There is also one spot left in our Flying Pole with award-winning Pole Artist Bailey Plympton. → Swoop it up here!
Looking back on October, it was such a special month! Thank you to everyone who brought a friend to class and shared the joy of aerial with someone new. We also loved showcasing our hard work and artistry during our Halloween performance! We live to perform and we’re so grateful for your support and applause.

November's Mantra:
"The difference between who I am and what I want is what I do."

Things We Are Excited About
🍂Flow Arts Arrives in November:
As we turn the page into November, we’re excited to launch our brand-new Flow Arts class! This playful and expressive style blends movement, rhythm, and creativity through props like hula hoops and silk fans. It’s a chance to move differently, unlock new layers of expression, and have fun while building coordination and artistry. This class is sold out for November, so drop us a DM if you want on the waitlist or want to be notified when December registration opens.
🍂A Season of Gratitude:
As we head towards November and Thanksgiving, we want to pause and say thank you. We just passed our six-month anniversary, and we are SO grateful to have been able to create this space where people can grow. Watching our collective vision (to create a space where people could grow) come to life in a short six months has been incredible. Thank you for showing up for yourself, for cheering each other on, and for being part of Elevated Aerial’s story. We are working on some new ideas for the future, and we are so excited to move forward together this season.
🍂Small Business Saturday and Giving Tuesday:
We’re especially grateful this month for the spirit of community that shines through Small Business Saturday and Giving Tuesday; days that remind us how powerful it is when people come together to support local studios, artists, and makers; and giving back to causes that lift others up. On Small Business Saturday (since the holiday season approaches), consider giving the gift of movement and wellness with an Elevated Aerial gift card—it’s the perfect way to share your passion for aerial with the people you love.

What I am Sharing: My Favorite Fall Recipes🍂
Strength and creativity in the air are fueled by how we care for our bodies on the ground. As a health-minded community, food is always part of the conversation—it gives us the energy we need for our practice. To celebrate the season, I’m sharing a few of my favorite easy fall recipes that nourish, comfort, and keep me moving strong.
Fall is the perfect time to lean into nourishing, seasonal ingredients like pumpkin, squash—foods that are comforting, energizing, and packed with nutrients to keep us strong. Hope you enjoy these recipes!

Just like nourishing food fuels our practice, the support, creativity, and gratitude within this community fuel our growth together. As we move through November, remember to honor both—what you put into your body and the energy you bring to the studio. Keep showing up, keep shining—you are stronger and more capable than you know. We can’t wait to see you in class. Join us today → www.elevatedfitnessmt.com/book
