Seven Ways for A Monday Reset

We reset after holidays, we reset on Mondays, we reset on Wednesdays. Why? Because maintaining health isn't a one time choice - it's about committing and recommitting again and again. Here are seven ways to help support your next reset!

1. Start your day mindfully. Try journaling about things you are thankful for, what is going right, or set an positive intention.
2. Exercise = Endorphins. Go get some, you deserve it!
3. Try a dietary fast. When you break it, reach for healthy fats and proteins (i.e. eggs, avocados).

5. Do something for someone else, just because.
6. Start a to-do list, even if just to be able to cross things off and feel good about it.
7. Unplug, get to bed early. Power down early to let your body restore.
